Non-breeding policy
💡 Our non-breeding policy is designed to ensure the health, well-being, and responsible stewardship of our dogs. All puppies placed in companion homes are sold with a strict non-breeding agreement, requiring spay or neuter by a specified age. At 15 months old we will need to see proof of spayed/nuetered from professional veterinary. This helps prevent accidental litters, reduces the risk of contributing to pet overpopulation, and supports our commitment to ethical dog ownership. We believe that breeding should only be undertaken by experienced, responsible breeders who prioritize health, temperament, and breed preservation. Our goal is to place each puppy in a loving, permanent home where they can thrive as cherished family members.
Non refundable deposit
💡 We require a $500 non-refundable deposit to reserve your puppy. This deposit ensures that the puppy you select is held exclusively for you and is applied toward the total purchase price. Because we invest time, care, and resources in preparing each puppy for their new home, the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. By placing a deposit, you are making a firm commitment to provide a loving home. Please be certain of your decision before reserving a puppy. Return puppy policy
💡 At Fletchers Fuzzy Friends, we are committed to the well-being of our puppies for life. If, for any reason, you are no longer able to care for your puppy, we will gladly welcome them back into our care. However, please note that any costs associated with returning the puppy — including transportation, shipping, or travel expenses — will be the responsibility of the owner. Our priority is to ensure that every puppy has a safe and loving environment, so we are here to help, but we ask that you cover the cost of returning the puppy to us
3 year health guarantee policy
💡 We offer 3 year health guarantee from certain DNA health defects. To ensure the health and well-being of your new puppy, we require that you take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian for a wellness check within 7 days of receiving them. This initial exam helps confirm that your puppy is healthy and allows any concerns to be addressed promptly. Please note that our 3-year health guarantee will be considered void if this requirement is not met. Proof of your veterinary visit must be provided upon request. 1️⃣ What breeds do you offer?
🐾 We specialize in Toy Poodles and Cavapoos (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel × Poodle mix). Both breeds are known for their intelligence, loving nature, and hypoallergenic qualities.
2️⃣ Are your puppies hypoallergenic?
🐾 While no dog is 100% hypoallergenic, Toy Poodles and Cavapoos are both excellent choices for many allergy sufferers due to their low-shedding, curly coats.
3️⃣ Do you offer a health guarantee?
🐾 Yes! We provide a 3-year health guarantee covering life-threatening congenital and hereditary conditions. Please note: this guarantee is valid only if you take your puppy to a licensed vet within 7 days of receiving them.
4️⃣ Do you require a deposit?
🐾 Yes, we require a $500 non-refundable deposit to reserve your puppy. This deposit goes toward the total purchase price and ensures the puppy is held just for you.
5️⃣ What if I can’t keep my puppy?
🐾 If you can no longer care for your puppy, we will gladly take them back at any age. However, any costs related to returning the puppy (such as transportation or shipping) are your responsibility.
6️⃣ When can I bring my puppy home?
🐾 Our puppies are ready for their forever homes at around 8–10 weeks of age, once they are properly weaned, socialized, and given age-appropriate vaccinations.
7️⃣ Will my puppy be vaccinated and dewormed?
🐾 Yes! All puppies leave us up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming. You will receive a detailed health record for your vet.
8️⃣ Do you offer delivery or shipping?
🐾 We can help arrange safe delivery or flight nanny services at the buyer’s cost. We’re happy to discuss options to get your puppy home safely.
9️⃣ Do you recommend training?
🐾 Absolutely! Training is essential for both the puppy and the owner. While we provide a solid start with early potty training, crate introduction, and socialization, it’s important to remember that no puppy is fully trained at just 8–9 weeks old.
Our puppies are thoughtfully exposed to different sights, sounds, textures, and experiences to help them adjust with confidence to their new homes. We strongly encourage families to continue their puppy’s training journey with a professional whether through group classes or private, in-home sessions. Consistent, positive training helps your puppy thrive and builds a strong, lifelong bond between you and your new companion.
